Cooked Pu-er Tea
Cooked Pu-er tea is a tea which is manually fermented by people through high temperature. This process is used to speed up the fermentation of the tea in order to have a better taste to the tea.

As a result of the process Cooked Pu-er tea had gone through, which is dampness and high temperature, the microorganism in the tea starts to react, this causes the tea change into darker color and slowly turns brownish red. Due to fermentation, the greenish taste of Pu-er is no longer remains, but it has change to another taste, which is known as Chen Xiang. The tea soup is dark brownish red in color, and the taste is soothing, smooth and nice sweet after taste when serving.
