Green Pu-er Tea
Green Pu-er tea, is not manually fermented by people. The tea is only being slightly roasted and rubbed. Skills are needed when rubbing the tea, as it will affect the outlook and taste of the tea.
The tea is then spread out to be dried up. It had to be dried up because Pu-er is different from other tea, as the longer it is kept, the better the taste. Although baking it would be easier and cost saving, but it will kill off those friendly bacteria which in the tea leaves that helps Pu-er to ferment.
