Oolong Tea
OoLong tea is partially fermented with green leaf and slightly reddish on the edge of the leaf. It has the aroma of green tea as also the sweetness of red tea. The famous OoLong teas like FuJian's "Tieh Guan Yin" and Taiwan's "Dong Ding OoLong"

There are three restrictions for OoLong Tea. Firstly, do not consume when hungry, it will cause uneasiness and dizziness which feels like vomiting, this is usually called "tea drunk". Secondly, do not consume when it is too cold and not good for stomach. Thirdly, do not consume at night as it will keeps you awake and unable to sleep.

It is said that Oolong's name has many sources and different stories. One says, once there was a tea plantation owner who was observing those tea leaves which were about to dry, and he saw a Dragon (OoLong). He was shocked and only dared to come back after a few days. At that time, due to the oxidation under the hot sun, the tea leaves became sweeter and smelt better. The owner then named the tea as OoLong.
