Wu Yi Rock tea is produced in Wu Yi Rock Mountains which is located in North of Fujian, it is the best among the OoLong Tea. It is one of the 10 most famous teas in China
Wu Yi Mountains are made up of many cliffs and precipices. Farmers use the sides and concaves or cracks between rocks to plant teas. As such this is how Rock Tea "Yan Cha" got its name. There are four major types of Rock Tea : "Da Hong Pao", "Bai Ji Guan", "Tieh Luo Han", and "Shui Jin Gui".
